Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use CloudMate. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the service.

Use of the Service

CloudMate is provided to help users sync and manage Google Drive files on macOS. You are responsible for maintaining your Google account, your devices, your network connection, and backups of important files.

Purchases

If you purchase any product, subscription, or service made available through CloudMate, you may be asked to supply information relevant to the purchase through the applicable platform or payment provider.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the service may be billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may automatically renew until canceled.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, you must follow Apple's procedures for viewing subscription history, managing automatic renewal, or requesting a refund. Apple's subscription management guidance is available at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel before the end of a subscription period, access may continue until the expiration date unless a refund or platform policy requires earlier termination. If a refund is granted, paid service access may be terminated automatically.

You are solely responsible for backing up files when canceling, requesting a refund, changing accounts, or uninstalling the app. We are not responsible for loss or recovery of files or damages resulting from insufficient backups.

Third-Party Services

CloudMate works with Google Drive and may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google, Apple, Cloudflare, payment providers, and support tools. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
